俗語有云：「民以食為天」，為了滿足肚腹之慾，我們上天下地，幾乎可以吃掉半個地球！素食主義呼聲漸高，

同樣是素食者，vegan 和 vegetarian 的分別在哪呢？試看以下例子，便有分曉！

 

  • A vegan eliminates all animal products from his or her diet, including dairy.

 

  • Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish or poultry, but might eat dairy products such as cheese, eggs, yogurt or milk.
