Civilized tourist 指文明的旅客。文明的旅客的其中一個責任是要瞭解和尊重當地文化。如果他們有不遵守當地文化或法規的行為，可稱之為uncivilized tourist behaviour.

 

也有人覺得隨地便溺與文化差異無關，是一種不可被原諒的禽獸惡行。

Defaecating in public has nothing to do with cultural differences, it is an animal behaviour and Hongkongers generally do not see it as human culture.
